As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason (the "cancellation period"). To cancel, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net or email us at hello@drama.fyi.
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content which you have already accessed or used. As Drama delivers AI-generated verdicts immediately upon request, your right to cancel is waived once you have accessed the service.
Following the cancellation period, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
If we are unable to provide the service due to technical problems, your remedy is either a replacement or a refund of the price paid. Reimbursements are made using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 days of an approved cancellation.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
The Drama name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The AI-generated verdict content is provided to you for personal use only. You may share verdicts on social media but may not resell or commercially exploit them.
Drama is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any verdict. AI can and does make mistakes. Use your own judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drama FYI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Drama FYI is operated for a global audience.
