What We Collect

When you use Drama, we may collect the following:

• Conversation content — text you paste or screenshots you upload to receive a verdict. This is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and is not stored by us.
• Usage data — how many verdicts you've used (stored locally in your browser via localStorage, not on our servers).
• Payment information — if you subscribe, your payment is processed by Paddle. We receive your email address and subscription status. We do not store your card details.
• Technical data — basic server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by Vercel (our hosting provider).

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the verdict service — your conversation content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response and is not retained by us after processing.
• To manage your subscription and send receipts via Paddle.
• To improve the service and fix bugs.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your conversation content for advertising.

Drama uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Your Conversation Content

The conversations and screenshots you submit are sent directly to Anthropic's API to generate your verdict. We do not store, read, or retain this content on our servers after it has been processed.

Cookies & Local Storage

Drama uses browser localStorage to track how many free verdicts you have used. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Data Retention

We retain subscription and payment data (your email, subscription status) for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@drama.fyi.

Children

Drama is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Drama after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
